Privacy Policy

Peak State Golf ("Peak State Golf," "we," "us," or "our") provides a golf mental performance coaching website at peakstategolf.pro and a companion mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — across both the website and the app.

By using either the website or the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message content you submit through our contact form.

Waitlist signups — email address (and name, if provided) when you join our mailing list.

Payment information (Lifetime Elite purchases) — when you purchase Lifetime Elite, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which we use to grant lifetime access to your account.

Site analytics — anonymized/aggregated usage data collected via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general geographic location (city/region level, not precise location).

Account information — name and email address, collected when you create an account.

User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account, used to link your data across our systems (authentication, subscription status, and app content).

Profile photo — if you choose to upload one, we store it as part of your profile.

Subscription and purchase status — your current tier (Free, Pro, or Elite), whether you hold a lifetime entitlement, and subscription start dates. Subscription purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple/Google and managed via RevenueCat; we receive confirmation of your entitlement status but not your payment card details.

Content you create in the app — your Playing Style selection, and your own journal-style answers logged in the self-coaching challenge log after each round. This content is stored so it's available to you over time (for example, in the contrast archive feature) and is not reviewed by us except as needed for support or troubleshooting you request.

The app does not currently request access to your contacts, or precise location, and does not currently use advertising or tracking technology, or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

This is expected to change in the future. We plan to introduce marketing and retargeting features that involve tracking data for advertising purposes. Before that happens, we will update this policy, and — as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework — request your explicit consent before any such tracking begins on iOS.

We use the information above to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Provide app content based on your tier and progress
• Process purchases and maintain accurate subscription/entitlement status
• Respond to contact form inquiries and support requests
• Send marketing emails and waitlist updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand how the website is used, in aggregate, to improve content and site performance
• Meet legal and security obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf. We only share the minimum information each service needs to perform its function.

Your account and app data is stored with Supabase, which provides encryption and access controls in line with industry standards. Payment data is never stored on our own servers — Stripe (website) and Apple/Google (app) handle this directly. We restrict access to personal data to what's necessary for operating the service.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

We retain your account information and app content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service (for example, maintaining your lifetime entitlement record after a Lifetime Elite purchase).

Deleting your account in the app. You can delete your account yourself at any time, without contacting us. Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone — it removes your account and everything in it, including your profile, your progress, your challenge log entries, and your registered devices.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, and they continue after deletion until you cancel them. Cancel first — on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions — then delete your account.

Deleting by email. If you can't access the app, contact us at support@peakstategolf.pro and we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe.

In either case, we may be required to retain certain records (e.g. purchase records) for legal or accounting purposes.

Peak State Golf is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@peakstategolf.pro and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@peakstategolf.pro.

Peak State Golf is operated from Canada. If you access our website or app from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States, where Supabase, Stripe, and Google's infrastructure may process data).

We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as new features (such as advertising/retargeting) are introduced. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above, and for material changes affecting how the app handles your data, we'll provide notice in the app and update our App Store privacy disclosures accordingly.
