Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Peak State Golf ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App"), built with React Native and Expo, and our website at peakstategolf.pro (the "Site", and together with the App, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. The App uses Supabase for authentication and account storage. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from those providers as permitted by your settings; with Sign in with Apple you may also choose to hide your email address.
  • Subscription and purchase information. In-app subscriptions (Pro and Elite) are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and managed by RevenueCat, which records your subscription and entitlement status. Our Lifetime Elite plan is sold only on the Site and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, but we do not collect or store your full payment card details — these are handled by Apple, Google, and Stripe.
  • Usage and progress data. We collect information about how you use the App, including content you access, lessons completed, scores you record, and your progress through the program. This data is stored in our Supabase database and tied to your account.
  • Device and technical information. We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, and the Expo push notification token used to deliver notifications.
  • Permissions-based data. With your permission, the App may access certain device features — such as your photo library, to set a profile image, or notifications. This access is used only to provide specific features and is not collected unless you grant permission and use those features. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
  • Website analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages. This typically includes aggregated and pseudonymized usage statistics such as pages visited, approximate location, and device or browser type. The Site also uses Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to protect against spam and abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • Process subscriptions and determine your access level and content entitlements;
  • Personalize your experience and track your progress;
  • Send you service-related communications and, where permitted, notifications;
  • Monitor and analyze usage, trends, and performance;
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the trusted service providers who help us operate the Services, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and storage for the App.
  • RevenueCat — managing in-app subscriptions and entitlements.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Stripe — processing Lifetime Elite purchases made on the Site.
  • Expo — delivering push notifications.
  • Brevo — sending transactional and waitlist emails.
  • Google Analytics and Cloudflare — website analytics and form protection.

Each of these providers processes your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information, and the right to data portability. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can manage notification and device-level permissions (such as photos) at any time through your device settings. In-app subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, where you can also view or cancel them.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
