Peak State Golf changes that.
Three interconnected tools — each one targeting a different dimension of mental performance. Used together, they form the most complete mental coaching system ever built for the sport.
The golf mental game has always been acknowledged as the most important part of the sport. What has never existed — until now — is a structured, progressive system for training it. Peak State Golf is built around 18 distinct mental skills, each one addressing a specific aspect of mental game performance: from pre-round preparation and first tee composure, to pressure putting, slump recovery, and sustained concentration across 18 holes.
18 core mental skills. Mapped, named, and made trainable.
Most golfers have never been able to identify exactly what's costing them shots — they just know something is. The Mental Game Wheel makes it visible. Each spoke represents a distinct mental skill that influences how you play. Each one comes with coaching content, audio, and recognition when mastered.
For the first time, you can see exactly where your mental game is strong — and exactly where it isn't.
Tap any spoke. Read the coaching. Listen to the audio. Watch video. Master the skills. Shoot lower scores.
Golf has always had a scorecard for your shots. Now it has one for your thinking.
After every round you rate yourself across 18 mental skills — using a proprietary mental game scorecard & Peak State Handicap system. There is literally nothing like this in the peak performance field for golfers.
The Scorecard accounts for this with a Slope Rating — set once per round based on competitive context. Your scores are weighted accordingly. Your mental game handicap reflects the rounds that actually test you.
The Momentum Score is your overall mental performance rating — calculated across all your Scorecard entries, weighted by slope, tracked over time.
See it move. Watch it drop as the system takes hold.
Just as your golf handicap reflects your physical game over time, your Momentum Score reflects the growth of your mental game. It gives you something concrete to improve — not a feeling, not a vague sense of progress, but a number that moves in response to real work.
This is what accountability looks like for the inner game.
shows you where to focus.
measures how you're performing.
tracks whether it's working.
Most mental game approaches give you concepts without measurement. Most tracking systems measure without coaching the underlying skills. Peak State Golf does both — in a single, interconnected system designed to compound over time.
The longer you use it, the more precise the picture becomes. And the more precise the picture, the faster the improvement.
